Chozen Plastindo has completed and commissioned its new food-grade rPET line at its site in Krian, Balongbendo, Sidoarjo.

The line pairs EREMA Vacunite decontamination with solid-state polycondensation (SSP) from Polymetrix, running under vacuum and high-purity nitrogen for stable intrinsic viscosity and food-contact quality. It connects washing, pelletizing and SSP on one site, so every batch can be traced from bale to pellet.

The new line follows our 2023 investment in Vacunite bottle-to-bottle technology and is the foundation for Ecozen, our food-grade rPET brand.
