COMPANY HISTORY

Our story began in 2001, when our founder Richard Chiang started Sumber Rejeki Sejahtera at a time when post-consumer bottles in Indonesia were mostly burned or buried. We became one of the country's first PET recyclers, training collectors across Indonesia and building a supply network of around 100 partners.

From 2004 our rPET flakes were exported to international markets for fiber, yarn, bottles, strapping and sheet. In 2015 we expanded to Krian, Balongbendo, Sidoarjo, to build an integrated bale-to-pellet site. In 2021 we invested in EREMA Vacunite and Polymetrix SSP technology, commissioned our new food-grade line in January 2025, and launched Ecozen, our food-grade rPET brand, in December 2025.
